The Space:
This fully equipped studio apartment can accommodate three people (2 adults, 1 child). The living space consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The room is space is bright, with a matching décor of cream-colored furniture and light wood flooring. This tastefulness is accompanied by comfort thanks to the functionality of the equipment. The wide reclining sofa serves as both a place to lounge and a sleeping area. Parents traveling with a small child will also be equipped with a baby cot and a feeding chair at request (additional fee 50 PLN/a day applies). The apartment has everything necessary to become a cozy haven after a return from the beach or the city. The amenities include multimedia (a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a TV with access to German and Polish channels) and essential bathroom and kitchen appliances (a hair dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave). The apartment has also a lovely balcony fitted with garden chairs, overlooking a quiet street and nearby greenery.

This comfortable apartment is situated in the tranquil part of seaside district of Świnoujście, only 650 m from beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is in a 3-story building with an elevator and 24-hour monitoring. The property is located at the edge of a lovely forest, assuring peace and quiet. There is a fenced-in children's playground on the property, accessible only to residents. The neighborhood has great potential for active outdoor vacations with many pedestrian and bike paths. The apartment is also located 2.5 km from the Świnoujście Aquapark and 5 km from the Baltic Baths on the German side of Usedom island. The famous Promenade, a seaside heart of the city with many amazing restaurants, chic cafes and local shops, is only 20-minutes by foot. The main railway station – and the supermarket – are also only 1.5 km from the apartment’s location.
