Die Wohnung war perfekt und die Lage mit Strandnähe super. Die Leute im Haus mega freundlich :) Das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub da gewesen sein.

Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert

Zentrum und Strand ist in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Sauberkeit der Wohnung sowohl Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung. Umgebungen der Wohnung im ersten Moment fraglich aber auf den zweiten Blick kein sozialer Brennpunkt. Gerne wieder aber mit Haustier (Hund). Beste Grüße

Würde wieder hinkommen

Die Wohnung war 100% in Ordnung, hat allerdings keinen Balkon. Das Haus und die nähere Umgebung wirken zwar ziemlich abgeranzt und die Parkplätze sind knapp, aber dafür ist alles Wichtige zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war absolut korrekt. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Eindrücke

Saubere, sehr schöne Wohnung. Blick zum Hafen vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist die Promenade und der Strand gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz zu finden ist eher schwierig. Empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

7 Tage Krach von den vielen Anwohnern da. Ringsherum nur Hochhäuser die nicht schön aussahen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, aber die Umgebung grausig.

Saubere, kleine Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Block. Bis zum Strand läuft man ca. 10m.

Wir waren für eine Woche da, der Empfang und die Wohnungsübergabe qaren herzlich und freundlich. Es wurde auf alles für uns interessante eingegangen und erläutert. Uns wurden Ausflugstipps angeboten und es war jederzeit jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Ausstattung der Wohnung war top

Moderne kleine 3-4 Personen Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist neu und in hellen Weiß/Grau/Blau Tönen renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize Bett bestückt, welches wir für unseren 2,5 Jahre alten Sohn nutzten. Die Coutch im Wohnzimmer ist ausklappbar auf Queensize und eher hart aber bequem gepolstert. Alle Fenster zeigen nach SO, womit zeitig am Tag die Wohnung erhellt, leider aber auch im Sommer stark erwärmt. Auch die dicken Vorhänge können dies nicht verhindern. Die Wohnung verfügte zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht über einen W-LAN Anschluss, auch nicht über Zugang zum Fahrradkeller. Das Warmwasser wird direkt in der Wohnung über eine Gas-Durchlauftherme erwärmt, welche aber selber gut regelbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist in gutem gebrochenem Deutsch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Zentral, mit 10-15 Minuten zum Strand oder zum Hafen/Zentrum.
