“We have pleased our accomodation in general. Hotel has a beautiful design which suits it's name. Quite comfortable rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to receptionist who made our check in 10 July night shift and helped us about broken coffee machine. Hotel says they give travel card for public transport and provide free access to swimming pool in Olten. (We didn't use them no comment about it) Negatives: Breakfast is not diverse enough. Coffee machines needs maintenance and cleaning.……

“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……
