「The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.」

「Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome.」
