• The apartment is located opposite Strathfield Station, so some traffic and train noise may be heard during the day.



• The bathtub has some permanent cosmetic stains due to age. These do not affect cleanliness, hygiene, or functionality, and the bathtub is professionally cleaned before every stay.



• Lost keys, lockouts, or failure to return keys will incur a $300 call-out fee.
