The separate kitchen, located at the back of the home, is fully equipped and provides access to a delightful private courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private balcony, offering a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests with two single beds. The bathroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, includes a washer tucked away in an internal cupboard, providing all the comforts of home.

Though there is no on-site parking, street parking is available with 2-hour timed spots and nearby streets offering all-day free parking. This setup allows you to explore the vibrant neighbourhood and its surrounding areas with ease.
