With its unique fresco ceiling, artworks & funky, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom you will feel right at home. Dine at Potts Point or Woolloomooloo. Close to Kings Cross station, shops & Saturday markets. No Aircon.

A generous living room with dining table and sofa, WiFi, Smart TV and 47 hi-definition channels (Netflix, YouTube and Stan available). Wall sconces illuminate the artworks by acclaimed Sydney artist adorning the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle plus a full gas oven and gas cooktop. Bathroom is streamline with soft close Parisi toilet suite and rainwater shower head. The large bedroom also has a sunroom alcove with a wide window ledge that could double as a desk, wardrobe and room darkening blinds. Pleasant outlook to the tree lined street.
