Great little space for a Bondi vacation

I stayed with my family for a week of relaxation. Check in was easy and William was a great host, checking in on us via text a couple of times throughout the stay. The apartment has all the amenities we needed and is in a great location close to a golf course and the beach.

Great Stay in North Bondi

Clean place, great location, about a 15 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to beach. I would give it 5 stars but the house shakes quite a bit when any size car drives by, it makes it a little difficult to sleep in the front bedroom.Overall a great stay.

Lovely stay

We stayed for about a week (5 adults + 1 kid). Easy quick walk to the shops and the beach. Plenty of busses. We absolutely loved the stay!

Fantastic Bondi Stay

Location was perfect. House was immaculate and book in was easy. Great communication from hosts. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. Comfortable and quiet and just a walk to beach and restaurants. Buses nearby. Thank you again, we loved our stay here.

Perfect location; comfortable home

The location is so convenient: short walk to Bondi beach, close to grocer, shops, cafes, coffee, and buses. Once we got settled in and familiar with our surroundings, we felt very much at home. We’d stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location

This property was spotless on arrival. Had everything we needed for 3 adults and one child. Close to bus stop and within walking distance to Bondi Beach, cafes and shops. Really enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

Great location in North Bondi

Fantastic accommodation for a visit to Bondi area. We were very comfortable as a group of 3 adults and 2 kids. William is an excellent host who is great with communication. We would stay again when returning to Bondi and highly recommend.

Great host and location

The property was well equipped, clean and had a great location. William was a fantastic communicator and was very welcoming. In walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. Private parking was a huge bonus done as we had hired a car. The listing did tick the box for a hot tub but we are not sure if there was one for visitor use. Other than that we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and clean place

I spend my last days in Australia in this place and was awesome. The place is near to the beach and in front of a golf park and this fit me perfectly. I stayed with another 4 adults and the place have a lot of space. Finally, the host was very kind and solve all the questions immediately. I recommend this place for sure.

Brilliantly Bondi

An excellent stay at this home, faultless presentation and attention to deal by the owner, excellent communication. The home had some pantry items which was super, lots of tea coffee hot chocolate. Linen and bedding good quality. Highly recommend the home and the location as a short walk to the Bondi beach and shops

Perfect Nth Bondi Getaway

What a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Bondi! A short downhill stroll to the beautiful beach of Bondi. The house was immaculate, spacious with excellent amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the linen provided was high quality. Communication with William was brilliant, and we appreciated his check in to see how our stay was. Very close to restuarants, grocer and cafes. So impressed that we had car parking and everything is so close that we walked everywhere. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Bondi Winter Escape

The house was perfect for our family of five. We arrived late at night, and the heating was on, and the house was lovely and warm and clean. We had teenagers with us, and it was great having the 2 bathrooms and plenty of bedroom space. We ate a number of meals at the house and the kitchen was really well equipped. The location of the house was fantastic for public transport with bus stops right outside the door, so it was exceptionally easy to get into the city for other activities we had planned. We are not from Australia, and we were incredibly impressed by the public transport system in Sydney. The house was located within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, food mart, mini supermarket, shops, golf course and the beach. William was an excellent communicator, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but William was very accessible so I imagine it would have been easy to resolve anything if you did. If we ever return to Sydney we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property in the perfect location

When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning and had everything we needed. Offstreet parking was a big positive too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Bondi and really hope we will get the chance to visit again some day. Thanks William for being a great host.

Great location

We stayed here for a few days at the end of a 2 week stay in Australia. We previously stayed in the Rocks/Barangaroo neighborhoods so Bondi was a big change. The house is perfectly situated with close proximity to grocer, cafes, and nice restaurants as well as the beach. The house was very clean. There were lots of towels and the bedding was quite good. The host was responsive and kind. The only negative feedback I can think of is the road noise from the front of the house by the master BR. The road is not busy and the speed limit isn’t very fast but the sound of the cars was so loud when we were trying to sleep. This is obviously not within the control of the host but it was unfortunate. Ear plugs were very helpful!
