What We Love
Casa Piscina is a five bedroom, three bathroom home set over three levels in Coogee, Sydney, a short walk from Coogee Beach. It sleeps up to 10 guests across a king bedroom, three double bedrooms and a double sofa bed room, with a private pool, a deck with Weber BBQ, a bar and media lounge, a small home gym, ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, and a secure double garage for 2 cars.
It suits families and multi-generational groups wanting a pool and room to spread out, groups of friends travelling together, corporate teams needing parking, wifi and a study desk, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.
First Floor
The main bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with soaking bath, shower and toilet, and a Juliet balcony with glimpses of the city skyline. Next door, a double bedroom has its own Juliet balcony.
Ground Floor
The open plan living and dining areas flow together, and the kitchen has white cabinetry, stone benchtops, an island with bar seating, an integrated fridge, built-in oven, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge opens onto a large deck with a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining, made for coastal entertaining. This level also has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and toilet.
Lower Ground Floor
The bar and media lounge is the place for movie nights and evening drinks, and it opens straight onto the pool, surrounded by travertine paving and glass balustrades. A fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed and study desk works for extra guests or remote work. This level also has the laundry with washer and dryer, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Neighbourhood
- Mornings in Coogee: Start your day with coffee and pastries at Tuga Pastries, or pick up fresh sourdough from Iggy's Bread. Then head to Coogee Beach for a swim, a surf lesson with local instructors, or a dip in the Ross Jones Memorial Pool, the tidal pool at the northern end of the beach.
- Coastal Walks: The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk runs north past Gordons Bay, a favourite snorkelling spot, then Clovelly, Bronte and Tamarama to Bondi. Each spring, Sculpture by the Sea lines the clifftops between Bondi and Tamarama. Head south instead and you'll reach Wylie's Baths, a heritage-listed ocean pool set into the rocks.
- Food & Drinks: The Angry Gnome is known for fresh, healthy bowls and specialty coffee, Barzura serves relaxed dining by the beach, and Table Manners offers carefully crafted seasonal menus. For sunset drinks, the rooftop at Coogee Pavilion has front-row views of the ocean.
- Coogee Lifestyle: Weekend yoga sessions run on the grass above the beach, and summer brings ocean swims and beachside events that draw visitors from across Sydney.
Buses run from Coogee to the CBD, Randwick and Bondi Junction, Uber and GoGet car share are readily available, and the double garage means you can bring your own car.
Home Truths
- The home is set over three levels connected by internal stairs.
- The first floor has only the main bedroom's ensuite, so guests in the first floor double bedroom use the ground floor bathroom.
- The balconies on the first floor are Juliet balconies, which you can open up to but not step out onto.
- The pool is not heated. Please supervise children around the pool at all times.
- The property has recently been newly furnished and styled, so some interiors may vary slightly from the photos.
- This is a quiet residential street, and parties and gatherings are strictly not permitted.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
