House Rules:
* No parties or events allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking.
* All children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult (18 or older) while in the pool.
* Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
* We reserve the right to request IDs and a deposit from all guests prior to check-in for security purposes.

Extra Guests:
We provide linens and towels based on the number of guests in your booking. An additional fee will apply for extra guests, depending on the number of people staying.

In Australia’s tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we do not offer cancellations for this reason, we are always available to assist you. Pest control is carried out every 6 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly.

Booking Policies for Third-Party or Long-Term Bookings:
For bookings of more than one week or third-party bookings, please send us an inquiry first, as we do not accept instant bookings. A refundable deposit and an additional weekly cleaning fee will be required, based on long-term booking conditions and the duration of the stay.

We do not accept bookings from guests under 21 years old due to previous complaints from neighbors about misconduct and violations of house rules.
