Property spotless, excellent appliances, convenient location, quiet. Poor lighting at letterboxes made check in a nightmare. Balcony door hard to open

Disappointing

Arrived in the evening and couldn’t work out how to open the postal box. After an hour and calls to Stayz accom I managed to work out you need to turn the knob to open, not just enter the code snd pull the door. Unnecessary angst if the instructions were clear. Then the TV didn’t work on free to air channels, except for ABC iview, despite wasting time programming and doing channel search. Top it off with a very hot studio and no air conditioning. The unit pumped hot air not cold. The balcony was not clean, garden rubbish, does not look like the photos. And lastly there’s at least 20 steps to climb with a heavy suitcase to the first floor. No mention in the Stayz listing. Customer service was ok, but really “all care and no responsibility. Will not use this service again.
