The space
Lavender Cottage has a living area with a sofa bed (Queen) and a separate lounge with overall seating for 5. there is also a dining table. This area is air conditioned and also has a cozy log effect gas fire. For entertainment it has good size TV and DVD player with a selection of movies.

The are two bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with a double bed.

The bathroom is recently renovated and has a walk-in shower and a heated floor for the cooler winter months.

There is a good size modern kitchen with a range of appliances.

At the back overlooking the garden, relax in the Sun / Games room which has a small TV, record player with a collection of vinyl records plus active blue tooth speakers, a home library and board games, if the weather is inclement.
The laundry is next to the sun room area.

The cottage is surrounded by gardens and has a beautiful lightly wooded / bush outlook on three sides.

Guest access

Guest have full use of cottage and gardens.

The front and back gardens close to the cottage are fully fenced. In the back garden there is a rustic hardwood table and BBQ, plus a Hills Hoist. In spring the trees on the knoll beside the drive give a beautiful display of spring flowers

Beyond the back garden gate, there is another rear garden area that is partially fenced. This area has a Temple Day bed (cushions stored in the potting shed which is unlocked) and also a herb garden with water features.
