Stay in a secure 3 bedrooms apartment in Sydney City. This lovely home is ideal for groups, families & work. The apartment is walkable to most Sydney attractions. It's a short walk to shopping centres, cafes, restaurants, night life, darling square, darling harbour, ICC exhibition centre, towns, broadway and town hall. The tram , bus and train station are all close by.
ICC & Chinatown&Darling harbour 900m ; Broadway shopping center 650m ; Fish market 900m ; Sydney University 1500m ; U.T.S. 800m .

Please note the following House Rules before booking:
1. No smoking.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.
2. Strict no parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules
3. Please minimise noise between 9 PM to 8 AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 8 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. Most of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.
4. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
5. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
6. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.
7. Lost keys or remote will incur a replacement cost of $250/set

Comfortable with some minor issues

The Check in process was easy enough and the location was ok but used Ubers mainly because not close to the bus or train routes.The place was comfortable enough, but quite dated with the dishwasher not working properly, the second bathroom door not being able to be locked and the cleaners clearly didn’t clean the place properly because the bathrooms and kitchen weren’t clean properly when we arrived there quite late around 8pm-ish. The cleaners would’ve had more than enough time to clean properly.

Tired but ok

Disappointed in the state of the apartment with very tired kitchen and bathrooms. Some stains on the kitchen cook top and showers made it look unclean. No instructions for the tv or anything was frustrating. Noisy rubbish disposal adjoining our apartment didn’t help. But it had everything we needed for our stay.

More good than bad

Overall, the property is spacious and meet our needs. The host was very responsive when I complained about 2 areas in the home that had been missed by the cleaners. They send someone over, after hours to resolve. The host was responsive but I felt there could have been some way to store our bags until check in time - instead we lugged them several blocks and had to pay for storage. There is a lovely park across the street, greyhound racing park next to that park. It was fun to watch and free to get in. They race on Thurs and Sat nights. The dogs owners chatted away about their hobby and it was a nice time. The light rail is about 3 blocks away and super easy to use. We got Opal cards that were 50 for the week and unlimited rides. That is for the train,bus and light rail. Served us well and we even used it to go to the blue mountains. No need to rent a car. The pool was chilly but we still played in it. The hot tub is not hot but the jets provided a nice massage. There was a warm dry sauna to take the chill off (it was overcast the days we were there). The pool/gym area was spotless. The pizza/pasta place next door and bakery coffee shop in the corner were highlights. Grocery store not to far away.. walkable for sure but we toil e biked and used the basket to get groceries back… super fun and practical. There is primary school next door.. you hear the bell to start the day and some chatter but nothing horrible. They need a book of the area to help visitors.

Check in was tricky

No information was given about where to park and what lifts to use. While we were waiting in driveway someone let us into the carpark but we then learnt the key was attached to a bike out the front. We were locked in and when speaking to manager he advised where to park and that the lifts would take us to ground level without a key. This was incorrect - we got stuck in The lift for about 10 mins and couldn’t get out. One of us was incredibly claustrophobic so this was distressing. All the lifts are labeled tower 2 and 3, we struggled to find the correct lift. Then once we had found the apartment - realised we could have used the lift in the main lobby. Please point this out to future guests. The aircon/heating was difficult to adjust and made it difficult to sleep. We had to adjust some furniture to access power outlets. Other than these few hiccups we did enjoy our stay

The property is big with three large bedrooms and plenty of beds etc. The general condition though of the apartment is average at best. Cupboard doors broken, or loose. Bathrooms have dirty/stained grout, the need room blinds were very dirty and the mechanisms for opening and closing them broken. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc and was reasonably clean. Access from the carpark to the apartment was not straight forward- it was hard to get back to the carpark from the unit as the access door was locked and there was no key available. It would have also been good to have an information booklet etc available with local shops, restaurants and general info on the area.
