Do not stay here. They over charged me close to $400. Never paid me back until 3 weeks later only after multiple times calling them to refund me for their mistakes of overcharging. No apology from management of poor customer service. No voucher for my inconvenience and horrible experience. All covered up by staff and managers. Disgusting customer service and dirty rooms

From the time we arrived things did not go smooth arrived 1430 by 1445 staff where still trying to decied our rooms, we had one room and the second was not ready they said they would call us 1520 we recived a call that room was ready. As for the room we booked, it was a superior king room acording to their web site it is supposed to have a bath and shower.However no bath in this room. The rooms were not in what you could call a reasonably clean condition. Hand prints on cupboard doors, dirty walls, stains on carpets etc. On arrival we were informed of a $25 per day parking fee which we were not aware of, also on arrival we saw notices where up saying the hotel is going through renovations with workmen starting at 0800 Monday to Saturday. On saturday at 0720 they started drilling making noise, Monday morning same thing followed by a 0730 start on Wednesday morning. Also we noticed on the Monday that air con heater did not work, we reported it, they sent someone to "reset it" however it still wasn't working. It took 3 days to fix but then after one night it stopped again. Again we reported it however by this time it was our last night so nothing was done. As for the work men we returned one day around 1600 to discover the elevator floor was covered in plaster dust and when exiting the elevator the whole corridor floor was covered in plaster dust and chips (Have photos). You could not spend a day resting in hotel due to noise. Not at a standard you expect from a Mercure Hotel

For a 1 night stay for an event at the Olympic Park, it was great. Perfectly fine for the price. Obviously needs a refurb, which they're doing, but otherwise not a problem. After a long drive the staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive with the commonsense checkin. Secure parking was most pleasing and access was uneventful. Proximity to shops and public transport was also impressive. The room offered was most adequate and the bed was the most comfortable we have experienced over the past 30 years. Well done Mercure and when required we will be back.

I got conned by the photos during booking.!!! The room was so bad that now I have to write it in point form to list them all-: 1) There was way too much dust in the room. 2) The bathroom tiles and roof had mold/mould and not clean. 3) The taps/mixer in bathroom were a joke. Either cold or burning hot. 4) The ironing board was broken and had burn marks. 5) The used towels seemed to have been folded and put back. 6) There was accumulation of too much lint and dust under the beds. 7) The a/c buttons and thermostat was below par. 8) The windows, corners and under tables seemed they were not cleaned in ages. The staff was okay, understood our concerns and changed the room. But the other rooms was no better either. Had almist similar issues in the other room too. The bathroom was a bit more cleaner than the previuos room. I did not expect this from a Mercure propeerty but it needs a major overhaul. Lastly, the reception floor area seemed that it had not been vacuumed and/or mopped for weeks. The hotel carpark which we decided to use and pay $25 per day was not worth it as it was very dirty and the floor area was not clean.

Room was clean & comfortable, especially the bathroom which is important for me. Appreciate the off-street parking, although the driveway is a little tight! Across the road from supermarket, petrol station, Camellia Hotel (with an excellent bistro) and other food options. Would happily stay here again and recommend to family/friends.
