"Was given the wrong room, was given a double bed instead of 2 singles even though property had confirmed my request. Was told I’d get the right room the next day. Had to check out 10am of wrong room and was told I’d have to wait until 3pm to check in to right room (staying 4 nights total). No compensation for mix up.
Went to book an airport shuttle, was refused as it was past the booking time - no mention of cut off times on any advertisement. Upgrades taking place in hotel, only one lift in operation and construction workers using the same lift.
Was a very disappointing stay, front reception desk very rude and condescending, will not stay again."
