Reasonable price. Perfect location near Chinatown and transport. Service NEW Just near next to it. Staff can look after ur luggage as well after checked out or before check in. Not super quiet but what can u ask for this price. Great for solo Trip in Sydney CBD

Excellent value for money. Like student accommodation. Comfortable. Great location, near Central railway station, next to tram stop, close to Chinatown food. Clean and safe. Fourth floor general room was well used but quiet enough to get work done on the table. I will use again.

I did not have many choices in the last-minute booking during the Sydney marathon period. This property has nothing other than the location. The facility is in worse condition, the bed sheet and the blanket are dirty and full of long hair, even though they changed another one, and I questioned whether they had not been washed. Be honest, the location is the best, it's close to the central station and a walkable area, there are a lot of restaurants surrounding. The staff were nice.

The staff at the space capsule are extremely helpful and kind. They made me feel extremely welcome. The main front desk staff were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience in the heart of Sydney

Clean and affordable stay

Better than the other capsule hotel I stayed at in Sydney. So much better than staying at a hostel. The cube was clean and very quiet which helps a lot.

Needs some TLC

Friendly staff arranged late check-in on the day which I appreciated. Cool concept but inside the pods are a bit worse for wear, mine had dirt in the all corners & the stickers/posters were peeling off, also smelled a bit damp. Floor of the room was dirty. Bedding was clean but hard floor of the pod was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Really weird cleaning schedule too - the lady came in around 10-11pm & obviously made noise so that was quite disruptive to sleep. Overall just needs better upkeep & maybe some refurbishment but it’s a good alternative to a hostel.

Very cool concept, the pods allowed total privacy with plenty of space and was very comfortable. Each pod comes with its own storage locker and electronic safe. Would definitely recommend

It is close to the station. And receptionist is very kind. There is a private space in the capsule. Price is reasonable in Sydney. If you don’t care narrow, it is a good location.

Positive: The capsules are private, quiet and cosy. Bedding was very clean. Negative: They charge $5 for towels, and that day there was a laundry mix up and they didn't have any available. Staff was very nice, but no towels. :/

Does the job for a short stay

Did the job for a one night stay but the communal areas were small and dirty. The actual bed was clean and comfortable enough. Also plenty of storage room in the lockers provided for each bed. Bit of a strange smell in the general building

Good little capsule hotel for the price. Pros: the staff were super helpful when my pod/locker had issues. Price and location are great. Felt safe while there. Cons. Some of the toilets are so small you need to sit side ways on the toilet. But others are much better. When I was there one of the three showers on my floor didn’t produce anymore than a dribble

Convenient location near Sydney Central station. Affordable nightly rates, mostly clean capsules. Only downside was that the capsule was beginning to show signs of age. Microwave oven in the kitchen also broke on the third night of the stay. Asides from that, staff were friendly and were going above and beyond to ensure a tidy hotel.

It was affordable option to sleep. Idea is good but, it can be noisy due to how capsules are placed and when someone moves around, sound carries. Otherwise it wasn't terrible.

The whole place seemed dirty, even after they cleaned each day, the capsules are hot, and the fan doesnt really help much. Staff is friendly, both bath and toilets are on separate floors for men and women which is odd that you have to take the stairs or elevator to go to the bathroom

I had good experiense to me in 10days. The capsule hotel was first to me. But I have to change my mind. There is good ''my space"at here. I could thought something and relaxing in the room.and,particulally nice person who are reception staffs. They are kind,friendly,and quick responces to us. I was helpfull to them. There is nearby city area and station. It's good access！ If you are looking for a hotel at sydney, I recommend the SpaceQ!

The location was prime as it was very close to Market City and had some great food options. It was also close to a light rail station and not far from Central so it was easy to jump on the coach back home. I didn't like how small the cubicles were in the bathrooms and just the general smell of the place? It wasn't pleasant. Thankfully my capsule was clean but lockers were not nearly big enough for my bag and seemed like a lot of people had the same issue as there were bags everywhere. In terms of placement in the city and all the things around it, very accessible, highly recommend. In terms of the facilities there, it's a meh.

First time using this type of accommodation. Staff admitted that the installation was quite old, so some features like temperature control weren't working, though it wasn't really an issue. By no means soundproof, to put it politely. Well managed, but toilet cubicles were not up to scratch. One seemed permanently shut, and one you had to pee from the side not the front of the bowl. Management was good and helpful. Last Minute check-in instructions were unhelpful and quite out of date.
