This house was pretty much falling apart. A fair few door handle, hinge, cupboard, blinds were broken. The door to the courtyard was completely broken (handle had come off to we were unable to enter the courtyard without jumping the fence from the back street. The blinds seemed to be sticky taped onto the wall as they fell down when we tried to put them down. I’m not sure if Sydney is the cockroach capital of the world but we found around 5 cockroaches throughout the stay. There is a 300 cleaning fee, but I am not sure why this is here as the house clearly was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Stains on the couches, carpet not vacuumed etc. it is in a good location though
Blinds fell down after trying to roll the blinds down to get to be able to block out the light so I could sleep

Door handle fell off after barely touching it. It was secured by a singular screw which wasn’t even screwed in properly
