The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries

It was clean and comfortable. Close to a bus route. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of tea and coffee makings but no milk. I would have liked a cup of tea when I arrived. A small long life milk in the fridge would be nice.

Really great value for money at this split level apartment stay. Comfy, more spacious than a hotel, conveniently located, great shower and nice bed. We even found an extension cord to plug in a heater next to where we were working downstairs.One small thing was the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, which was a small disappointment.Will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was clean and tidy , it had all the facilities to make it very comfortable. We were disappointed at the size of the down stairs. The photo made the down stairs look larger than it was, hence, entertaining was limited. The up stairs TV did not work though we didn't complain as it wasn't really an issue. We certainly didn't need a car. a bus close goes straight to central station and circular quay.

We just finished a 3 week stay here. Our family couldn’t have been happier with the stay. This is an adorable home in a great area. You are surrounded by shops and cafes, Coles, and Aldi are close by for groceries and with a full kitchen you can save on meals. With all of the restaurants and shopping nearby you don’t have to go far to enjoy some Sydney hospitality. In about a 3 block walk you’re at a main bus stop that can get you anywhere from Coogee Beach to the light rail station and much, much more. Moore Park Golf is close by for golf enthusiasts with a 3 level driving range and beautiful course. Visit the UNSW campus, or catch the light rail to the CBD, Chinatown and Circular Quay with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera house. Inside, you’ll enjoy a full range of amenities and appliances with your own washer/ dryer combo, a nice plus. Upstairs there is lots of storage and a beautiful restroom. Most importantly, the renters were very responsive and ready to solve any issues. We are planning to come back to Sydney and we would love to stay here again.

Such a lovely place ( very trendy interior) and would stay again and recommend if the main bed had a better mattress, both of us woke with sore backs daily Hairdryer needs an upgrade as the nozzle kept falling offBe good to have clear information that the tv in the bedroom is only a streaming one or not, but the remote didn’t work but comms back to us was quick as to where to find the spare batteries, but would have been nice to have the normal TV channels in the bedroom.Having the coffee pods was really nice and enjoyable.Thank you very much

Private studio with all the conveniences

I stayed in the studio for 5 nights while I was completing some training near Central Station - this studio was everything I needed. An easy 30 minute walk to Central Station (with lovely Breadfern Bakery on the way!). The studio was kitted out with everything I needed for my stay, the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure and temperature, and groceries were close by. The hosts were quick to respond and assist with my queries. The studio is attached to the back of a unit but I never noticed anyone there during my stay. The street noise can be a bit loud so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The Studio was great for its purpose, my partner and i needed a place to stay for a month in Sydney that was affordable, well connected and fully equipped. The Studio did the job, the flat itself is really good and the area is super functional.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The proximity to downtown is very nice, and there’s many lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was clean, beautiful, and the owner was very responsive to messages. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment

Exactly as described, clean and very well equipped. Very comfortable bed. I only see one detail that could be improved: the shower temperature was unstable and you have to wait a long time for the hot water to come on. We've had some good cold days and that was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything was fine.
