"Pool was freezing!!! Pool tasted like a salt block and hot tub was the temperature of what you expected the pool to be. No pool towels. Room was ok. The internet didn’t work and the channel available we’re low. Would not recommend."

"The maid snuck into our room while the do not disturb sign was up. She did not announce herself which made us very uneasy about leaving our belongings in the room while we were gone. We don't plan on staying at this location again. Also there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom."

"I think it is completely ridiculous to charge someone 141.00 for a pet visit of 18 hours! Especially Seniors. You need to change that policy. Other than that we really liked our stay and would stay again IF and only IF it were for a much longer visit. We will recommend it to people IF they are planning a longer stay."

"Room definitely needed maintenance. Night staff and the lady during the day was very nice and helpful. The Russian manger lady was very Rude and didn’t let us stay another night even after it was already paid for because the reservation wasn’t made in time so had to get refund. "
