    Here you’ll find a cozy vacation home in an apartment building in a particularly central location in Westerland, close to the beach, featuring a well-designed floor plan. The nearest beach access points and the Westerland promenade are only about 150 meters from the front door.

    The small hallway features a built-in closet that can be used as a coat closet.

    From here, you can access the kitchen, the living and dining room, and the bathroom:

    Separate kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a microwave with oven function, and a dishwasher.

    Living and dining area: Cozy and bright living space with a dining table for four, a sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a dresser. Through the west-facing windows, you can catch a glimpse of the North Sea. From here, you can access the small connecting room, which serves as a second bedroom and is ideal for children of all ages.

    Bathroom: Bathroom with shower and toilet.

    From the small bedroom/connecting room, you can access the bedroom with a double bed.

    Bedroom 1: Double bed, small walk-in closet, TV, and window. From this bedroom, you can also access the adjacent bathroom through a second door.

    Bedroom 2/pass-through room, ideal for children: single bed, closet, and window. From this room, you can access the apartment’s other bedroom.

    Special feature: There are two passenger elevators in the building, making the fourth-floor apartment easily accessible for parents with small children and people with mobility impairments. Shared coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers in the building.

    Location: This vacation rental is located in a central area of Westerland, particularly close to the beach. The “Friedrichstraße” and “Strandstraße” beach access points are just 150 m away. Various restaurants, bars, shopping options, and boutiques, as well as the Sylter Welle and the Syltness Center, are right on your doorstep. This vacation home is ideal for a car-free vacation.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und..

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Strand sowie die zentrale Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone von Westerland – ideal, um alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Verwaltung verdient ein großes Lob. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Das Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, schnell eine Lösung zu finden. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, den Teppichboden durch Laminat zu ersetzen, da der Teppich bereits einige Flecken hatte und dadurch nicht mehr ganz so gepflegt wirkte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
