What do you mean not flexible? Can you explain?

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However the TV ae mounted on mounts that adjust out and turn. They are 65 in TV's and they pull outwards 2 feet and can turn in any direction 1 ft. I am sorry you did not know this. Yes check in is at 4pm and sometimes after being fully booked the night prior it can be difficult to get all rooms ready the next day with over 50 checkouts and if anyone requested a late check out then it puts us further behind. We do allow guests to use the pool or sit in the TV room while waiting as there is coffee and tea 24 hours a day for the guests to use while they wait. We work really hard to make sure all of our guests are happy and try to accommodate guests as much as we can. We are sorry if you did not feel like we did.

I am so sorry about the issues you encountered while staying with us. We did not expect to be as busy as we were during your stay. Due to us renovating the dining room we do not have the storage space that we did have to I am having to order less and we are ran through it quickly

All of the hotels in the area go up on the rate when events are in the area and for weekends. We stay in the middle of them and are always cheaper than Best Western and more than Comfort Inn. Also if you are a parent of a student that attends WCU we do offer discounts for you but if you book through a 3rd party and not direct then we are unable to apply the discount

When you booked your reservation you were sent an auto message informing you of renovations. It explains where we are currently renovating, what has already been renovated, and what is going to be done next. This message sends as soon as you book and is sent to the email provided to Expedia. I am so sorry if you did not see your email but we do notify every guest.

Yes the view is not the best but we will be building a privacy fence to block the RV park so that will help. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

I am very sorry about how you are feeling. The room you stayed in was on the low end of first floor and all of the rooms on that end were out of order and being renovated from October 7th until November 28th and only one other guest rented this room before you, With that being said when a guest checks out the head housekeeper goes into the room and does an inspection taking notes checking to see if there are damages, missing items, or if there are things left behind. Then they clean the room and management goes in to do a second inspection. This was done after the guest checked out and done after you checked out. Both the head housekeeper and manager noted that after you checked out the coffee pot was gone. This was not noted on the other guests departure. The guest that rented the room before you was also a regular and stays with us 2 times a week since 2009 and after speaking with him he informed us that there was a coffee pot in the room the morning he left and he used it to make coffee. I am sorry but this is what was the information found during the investigation of the incident.

This is disappointing to hear. We usually get great feedback about the staff and I try to teach them that the guest experience is the most important thing and to make sure to give the guests a welcoming feeling. Could you maybe share with me who checked you in?

a privacy fence is being built to block the RV property from guest view. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However October and November are our busiest months of the year and we had over 40 checkouts daily and only 3 housekeepers. Like all other businesses we are struggling to get enough staff. We all work extremely hard and only want to give the guests a great experience so I am sorry you did not have one.

Not sure what happened but management was on site 7am-6pm management does not work nights. I also did not have any requests to speak to any guests during the last week. You are more than welcome to email or call me if you would like to discuss further. We have a wonderful management team here. I am off on Mondays and was here the entire weekend however like I stated before I go home to my 3 kids and husband at night and leave the hotel by 6pm. My front desk staff did not inform me of any issues that needed attention until this morning when I arrived at 7 my night auditor informed me a guest was upset and came to the front desk in the middle of the night which again I am at home and work 7-6 6 days a week.
