"Clean room good staff "

"This hotel is clean, serviceable and has both an excellent breakfast and wonderful staff. However, this hotel is dated, in a bit of disrepair and could use an update. There are signs and rules everywhere and its clear that it is used for a lot of youth sports teams. Pool is heated and a nice amenity. Make sure you arrange for any pets in advance as this “pet friendly” hotel only allows them in a certain part of the hotel. "

"I needed a place for 8 hours just to grab some shut eye before my next job. This place was awesome. Quiet, clean and nicely appointed. Also very reasonably plus AND it included breakfast! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend. "

"We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive."
