"A bit disappointing for a heritage property, it definitely needs refurbishing and the room we stayed in had a large beam that was cracked and rotten that need immediate attention. the bed was made but the sheet was sideways so the mattress protector was exposed and our feet were on it, which as realised in the middle of the night."

The left me a message saying wont be able to stay at any hotels again if dont pay a fee. I have pictures of the hotel as wasnt happy wasnt clean properly.. "
