You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it�’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

The staff was very friendly and personable. The space looked and smelled clean. The only downside is the parking is outside the hotel (across the street). But i would absolutely stay here again if i choose to stay in Syracuse again!

Front desk rep was wonderful. The hotel is modern and clean. Only saw a string of hair on the floor but nothing that needed to be brought to the staff attention. There is air freshener type smell in the air but it’s not overbearing. Usually I can’t tolerate those but it didn’t bother me. I love that the room had a window to allow for fresh air in.

First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!
