Spacious, private, very desirable 3-bedroom lakefront cottage in the FIngerlakes

Three-bedroom private cottage with easy access to the quaint village of Skaneateles (5 mi.), is situated on a double-lot for added privacy and space. First fl: Great room with cathedral ceilings and light-flooding windows offers a breathtaking view of the lake.
First fl: Spacious, comfortable master bedroom, dining room with fireplace with exit to large deck with oversized picnic table and propane grill. The just-renovated, fully-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with washer/dryer, are brand new for the 2021 season. Upstairs: Full bedroom, two twins in second bedroom, full spacious, new bathroom with spa tub.. Amenties: AC, free internet, washer/dryer, TV, firepit with fire wood, indoor woodburning stove. Approximately 15 steps lead to beach where there is a deck, sun-umbrella, mooring, and dock for your boat, 2 kayaks available for weekly rental and the complimentary use of a 16' fishing/rowboat. The beach is large, safe for the children, and zero-gravity seating. This will be an unforgetable summer vacation for you and your family!

Our third year and great stay!

This is our third time at this property and we had another great week! Good location and great lakefront. There are some steep steps to the water but a lot of space for chairs on the dock and a nice shoreline to walk into the water. 2 remodeled bathrooms and kitchen have elevated the property since the first time we stayed. Karen is a great host and was responsive to our needs during our stay!

Nice to return

We stayed here in 2018 and 2019 and the renovations are a huge improvement. Suggest that you put two twin beds in the other room upstairs. Check in process was awesome. Very easy.

Enjoyed the Skaneateles Lake Cottage

The location on the very clean Skaneateles Lake was excellent. Neighborhood was very friendly. The cottage had a fantastic " Great" room. The 1st floor bedroom and bathroom were large and very nice. The 2 full bathrooms and the kitchen was newly renovated. The cottage had excellent amount of amenities. The gas grill on the back deck was strong and easy to manage. We experienced a good amount of rain but the cottage gave us space and supplied games etc. so we could play cards and board games. Our 15 month grand daughter had a lot fun walking throughout the 1st floor especially the " Great" room. Grand experience. We had awesome family time and fun.

Week of happiness

House is adorable! It’s a little older from outside but inside is so cute and comfortable. It was spotless and the hostess was so helpful and sweet, apple pie waiting for us upon arrival. My family had the best time, including our dog. If anything the dock and maybe the yard needs some sprucing , maybe some trees cut back to see the water more, but don’t let that deter you! Neighborhood was great , location perfect and water was awesome! It was a great week on the lake!

A great first trip to Skaneateles!

Skaneateles lake did not disappoint. Karen was very helpful communicating and answering my numerous questions before arrival. The house was thoroughly cleaned and a triple berry pie was left for us. The house has plenty of room for 8. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. The air conditioners cooled the house and it was very comfortable. My boys thought the twin beds upstairs were very comfortable. It is a great family lake house in a great location. Don’t forget water shoes for the lake. We can’t wait for our next Skaneateles vacation.

This rustic cottage location was perfect for gathering with our friends and family on one of the cleanest lakes in the country. It’s close to the charming village of Skaneateles for dining and shopping, but playing in the lake is what we like to do best.

Generous Sized Family Camp

As much as we appreciated the camp's beautiful location and spacious camp and yard, we were disappointed that the host didn't adequately manage our expectations. Many of which, seems minor, e.g., no towel racks/hooks, renovations had not been completed as we were led to believe (with construction material throughout the camp), but in the aggregate, diminished our experience. Importantly, there was no notice that the camp's water supply is not potable. This would have been ok if a filtration system or bottled water had been provided. This would have been a much bigger concern if we arrived after a seven hour trip with children. Things improved considerably after the host resolved housekeeping concerns in a prompt manner.

West Side

Nicely located west side lake cottage, in the process of upgrades, on one of the best lakes anywhere. We spent two weeks at this location. Accommodations and property are nice and if owners continue with upgrades, will be even more impressive as a lakefront property. Neighbors were welcoming and the property has all that was needed for our enjoyment. We would look forward to staying at the property again.
