“Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!”

“Orpheus was the perfect place to explore Urfa - a close walk to all the sites and good restaurants and the bazaar. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the beautiful courtyard and rooftop where we could relax. The staff were very helpful with valet parking and provided everything we needed!”

“It was an excellent choice. Walking distance form the main city sights. The restaurant was so good. We had dinner every day there. The hotel as an agreement with a parking lot very close. But you have to ask in advance for directions.”

“Herşey muhteşemdi. Çok memnun olduk”

“If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best”

“This was a lovely and unique hotel. The pictures are accurate. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety. The staff at the breakfast buffet worked hard to make sure the dining rooms were immaculately clean and ke fresh food coming.”

“Hotel lindo!

“The towels were very dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible the staff try to help but !!! Consider clean not at all I would not go back”

“Lovely hotel, very comfortable mattress and pillows (but we did need to ask for an extra blanket). Nice location, easy to walk around, parking nearby with help from staff. Great breakfast.”
