“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one.
We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices.
The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……

“It is at the Star casino which is very vibrant and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coles is right next door. Darling Harbour is 15 mins walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. “In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare.
