Traveled to this great ski-in/ski-out house with another couple and their two kids in Feb 2022. House was great for all eight of us and could have accommodated at least a few more if we utilized the queen bedroom, the foldout in the den, and the extra twin off of the second upstairs bedroom.
It was nice that the two upstairs bedrooms both had en suite bathrooms. I don’t think either couple felt they had lesser accommodations - we’ll maybe the soaker tub overlooking the mountains gives the one a leg up! Regardless, after days of skiing and with the accommodating and open first floor, you’ll probably find the bedrooms are primarily used to crash after a long day!
A few other pluses: the downstairs was a great area to let the kids separate from the adults and the heated garage was great for ski equipment storage and to get ready for the day. Internet was also never an issue even with multiple people streaming. Double dishwashers and washers/dryers were extremely helpful.
The slopes are probably 50-75 yard walk down the road, and if you’re lucky like us and get some good snow cover while there, you can ski right back to the top of the driveway. The only downside of the snow was that we had to somewhat create our own path to the ski hill, but once the first few people made the trek through the deep snow, access was easy.
Also, it is always good to have a good host, and Toby did a great job communicating with us before and during our trip!
