“Can’t say enough good things about the place. It was exactly how it is described . Less then five minute walk to restaurants and outside entertainment . Owner gives you your privacy but is right there if you need something. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The property was quaint and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our daughter, and a small dog. There were a few things left behind from the previous renter, which is why I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness. The porch was my favorite part of the house. Morning coffee while staring at the ocean was great. The area in front of the house is a great spot for shelling. I found 4 sea biscuits on one of my morning walks. We had a wonderful time and would rent again if given the opportunity.”

“This property is in a great location. Cutely remodeled. Comfortable beds. Very pet friendly. However, whoever was staying in the upstairs unit had 3 dogs who barked excessively and had what sounded like a bowling ball they played with at all hours. Impossible to get any sleep. Never heard the owners try and correct their behavior....and owners left very early (4:30 am Saturday and 6:00 am Sunday) Could hear the dogs running around jumping on and off the bed and barking constantly. Not the owners……

“The cottage was just like the pictures. Very well equipped, nice beds and furniture, appliances and a short walk to the beach. Had a problem with the keurig coffee maker. Property owners and management had it replaced with a new one the same day. They are there for you! The best recommendation I could give is that I look forward to renting again!”

“Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. ”
