"良かったところ：築浅、駅近、スーパー・飲食店多し、問題が発生した時にメールでの反応はいい（足りない備品の補充などは無しだった） 残念だったところ：掃除が不十分（棚や換気口に埃が溜まっているなど）、備品管理不足（タオル類が少なすぎる、テーブルが壊れている、ふきんの箱が空っぽなどなど）、６泊中一度も掃除・リネン交換が無かったなど 管理の人が居ない施設なのでしょうがないのでしょうが、残念。"

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."
