The location is great, shops, market and shopping mall is walking distance, however the "clean" towels provided smelled like a wet dog - so absolutely unusable. The breakfast options are quite limited and may or may not be available. WiFi is quite slow and have to request vouchers at the reception every day. The rooms are very small and the wardrobe door didn't work in ours. The room generally lacks many features you would find in other hotels. Also, however the staff are very nice and polite, they should be told not to be loud on the corridors early in the morning as the guests are paying for a place where they can rest.

Unfortunately, I was not greeted or treated properly during my stay. I was also unable to check in just 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. I understand that early check-in is not always guaranteed, but considering that I have stayed at this hotel many times, I was disappointed that they couldn’t make a small exception or show any consideration. After being a returning guest, I expected a little more courtesy and customer service. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from this hotel. The Wi-Fi was not very helpful. I couldn’t connect to it during my stay, and when I contacted the maintenance staff, I was told that the thick walls of the building were the reason I was unable to get a connection. For a hotel, reliable Wi-Fi should be a basic amenity, especially for guests who need to work or stay connected.
