"Excellent view of the Air Conditioners... didn't bother complaining because it was one night BUT hotel not full so why give us the absolute worst view when other rooms with better views must have been available.. If you are assigned 551 ask for another room before leaving front desk....."

"The two elevator situation was confusing. We were not directed to the correct elevator by the person who checked us in, which resulted in us wasting time going to the wrong wing where our room was located. Also, it was quite noisy!! Poor insulation??? Would not stay here again."
