「We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this beautiful little boutique hotel. Most things were within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and something we looked forward to every morning (it was made to order, fresh and tasty). The staff made us feel welcomed from start to finish, warm and helpful. An all-around excellent experience that we would happily recommend. If we ever return to Luang Prabang, we know where to stay.」

「It’s located in the centre, about 10-minute walk away from the night market, which makes it quiet at night. The swimming pool is a really nice place to chill especially during the hot summer in Luang Prabang. Breakfast buffet with adequate food choices. The freshly grounded coffee was a highlight.」

「Baan Pila is owned by two French women. One of the owners is a partner in a restaurant we recommend called Bouang. They are located walking distance to the night market. We enjoyed the mango room. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed using the free bikes available to explore the town. 」

「1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places. 3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach...
