“Had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at LSG for a week. The hotel is situated at the top of a hillside in a little medieval village and is just picturesque. All around is serenity and nature. The hotel is a lovely place, has adequate sized rooms and they are very comfortable. The best part is waking up and looking straight out onto the mountains and hearing the sounds of nature !! Food at the hotel is delicious and their cheese fondue and ice creams are the best ! "It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000 Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!! Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
