The best part was the lake view balcony. The apartment was nice . The deal breaker is the ridiculous process required to use the pool and recreation facilities. They wanted us to walk half a mile to the farthest part of the property to pay for the pool. For that reaso we will book elsewhere next time

Nice view

The room was clean and I love the view at balcony. Full equipment, 7/11 just in the building, restaurant just across the road. But the pillows has a musty smell. Staff were helpful

When we arrived the staff didn't have authority to allow the guests to check in to this "Condotel" due to some administrative problem so we left for another hotel.

Leuk appartement zoals de foto’s tonen.

Super appartement. Schoon en in prima staat van onderhoud ,vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijke bewaking. Foto’s zijn recent. Alles aanwezig tot tandenborstels aan toe,iedere 4 dagen schoonmakers daar ,en weer nieuwe handdoeken . Er zijn er circa 8 aanwezig om te douchen Goed internet en sommige programma’s op tv Engelstalig . Enige nadeel of voordeel je kan er niet koken.

For waking up with a nice view

It's my first time to book an apartment for a business trip. I still prefer a hotel for the conveniences it offers. It was not easy finding the unit. The room is in good condition, smelled nice but the comforter and pillow were a little smelly. The parking is far off so it was ok for exercise but not when it's raining or you need to carry some things to the room. The best thing about it is the view of Taal Lake from the balcony. It makes it almost worth all the trouble. I think it is more suited for a family trip.
