Lovely couple hosting this studio, which had a fully equipped kitchen which we used for cooked breakfast and snacks. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had dinner out each evening at Waihi or Katikati. No shops nearby but we planned accordingly.

Titoki Cottage was a lovely place to stay. Friendly host, clean and nicely decorated cottage. Close to Katikati but a very peaceful location.

This was a lovely place to stay, quiet, very comfortable and attractive. We had everything we needed and Niki made sure she was easy to contact. Was a short drive to the beach and other amenities. Would highly recommend to other people. Great shower!

Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out. Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . Thanks Niki for a lovely stay
