A wet bar separates the dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors connect to a large deck, which has direct access to hiking, biking, and cross-country trails. Back inside,there is a first floor powder room, laundry room and storage closets to complete the first level. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a king bed, bath, sliding doors and a private deck. Three more bedrooms have a King bed, a Queen bed, and a bunk bed with a twin. A second full bath is convenient to all. Your well-mannered pet is welcome as too! The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
