" We really loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old school charming lakefront homes! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group. We loved hanging out on the fabulous deck with great views of the lake. The jacuzzi is a great bonus as well as the steps down to the small deck on the water. Even though it's older, it's well loved and you can just tell there have been a lot of family memories made here.Very well equipped kitchen and newer appliances.The lake was very high so access to the water is difficult when the lake is this full - this was the only challenge.Would stay again in a heart beat! "Beautiful condo in great location near Tahoe City. Plenty of room for 5 people. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Clean, well-functioning bathrooms. Great kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and some food including spices, teas, etc. Responsive contacts by phone or text. Two downsides--traffic noise from Rt 28 and malfunctioning refrigerator. We followed instructions on it to wait 24 hr from check in to call if not cooling. So we did but a technician did arrive until 24 hr later. By then we were mostly through our stay. He was unable to repair refrigerator but did lend us his Yeti cooler. Would recommend to call AvantStay as soon as trouble arises and not wait."
