「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. 「Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time. Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options! We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had. Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well.」

「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...
