Wonderful hotel. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I definitely made use of the gym and laundry facilities while I was staying. I travel to Taipei often and will gladly book this hotel again. It’s in a great location, too!

The girls working the evening desk around 7-9pm on Oct 1 were immensely helpful and helped me book a buffet that was hard for foreigners to book. Place is nice, super convenient. The place was very clean. The location of the electric plugs was a little awkward and hard to get charging from. The tv was also maybe not the easiest to work with.

Clean, quiet, nice room. Convenient location and nice staff. Just hope they have a water dispenser in the lobby with hot and cold water so we don’t have to drink bottle water only and they don’t provide hair conditioners so for women , please bring your own.

Friendly staff and clean. Safe area. Location was great, coffee shop and subway is a block away. Only downside was that the internet was not working well the first night, which I was absolutely relying on as an American/English only traveler.

Great and central location, easily accessible and close to a lot of the touristy areas. There is self-serve laundry located in the hotel which is excellent for those who may be staying longer. Last but not least, the bathroom is huge with a separate soak tub.

Great location as it's between Zhongshan and Songshan districts. It's near Nanjing Rd which has MRT station and lots of buses. The hotel rooms are good sized and staff are helpful. Only item missing, which I don't care about, is they do not have an on site restaurant. There is a nearby street market and nearby restaurants where I grab breakfast.

Rooms are good sized and comfortable. They have a small gym, laundry room and large business center. It was a good location for me as I went to meetings in Songshan and Zhongshan, so it was central. Good value for the price.
