整體住宿體驗不錯。但是前台Olivia服務態度不好，對待客人的合理要求應對不及時且不夠禮貌，建議加強溝通話術的培訓。另外，客房點餐種類太少，可否增加一些帶有地方特色的台式菜品或小吃。或者增加外賣送至客房的服務，謝謝

已經多次入住文華東方台北,每次住宿體驗均滿意,唯此次在享用早餐時內人發現菜中有頭髮,讓此次住宿感受不佳.用餐時本人亦注意上菜人員有戴網帽但未配戴手套,希望貴酒店 能加強食物清潔管理,期待下次入住能有所改善.

Staff are super friendly and polite, especially feeling it at the 6/F restaurant. Love the room except for two things 1) Room temperature, can not be adjusted and always remain at 22 to 24 degree Celsius. I hate it coz I am can easily feel hot 2) Slippers, two styles available - one for male, another one for female. The female version is fine. But for men’s it is way too small 3) Toilet door - Way too heavy The overall experience is fine.
