Great experience
Service is great from the front desk to all staff. The only little complaint is the TV in the room is old and signal is unstable. The romote doesn't work from time to time. But this is just nitpicking. We will always come back.

The hotel is at a very convenient location and easy access to train and subway station. The hotel staff are nice and helpful.

according chech in time is 3pm..i arrived early and leave the luggage.
the staff told me will help me pick up the luggage to the room and when i babk the room will be ready.
in fact, i use experdia and i book with my friend. but this hotel need to seperate check in and not all three not stay next to other.
the incrediable is when i back at 4pm....the room is not available.
and we need to change up and go to next restaurant that we already book.
no room no luggage...3 out of 1 room ready....and we wait the luggage pick up to room and the staff kerp holding my time also luggage......until i shout...why my luggage i need to pick by myself and the staff start to move the luggage into my room.
and 3 of the room same price? one is not same standard with other.
when we back to take rest and find the TV ,hairdryer ,bed light out of service.
i really no idea so expensive but provide so poor facilities and i forth and back to counter check in and check in.and the staff keep told me u already check in and i need to explain and explained the hotel no room so i keep chech in and check in. the counter only 2 ppl..why not mark a noted to let the team know so that the customer will ferl better snd save the time?
will nor recommend this hotel to others.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable. I really like the bedding. The AI Bluetooth speaker is so fun and functional. I had a really good time there.
