希望可以改進

房間天花板上的喇叭整晚一直發生滋滋滋的吵雜聲，感覺旅館廣播系統沒有關閉很擾人睡眠，枕頭套被套起毛球感覺不太好，雙人床是用兩張單人拼成，睡在中間相當不舒服，整體來說離捷運太遠，入住時間為晚上6點，房價高、CP值不高！

Budget hotel. No frills. Manage your expectations.

Budget stay. Decent value for the amount paid. Property is literally by the roadside, so good thing my room was on the 6th floor, far enough from the traffic noise. Interior was basic, but clean and satisfactory. Major downside was the fact that another hotel guest was smoking in an adjacent room despite the hotel being entirely non-smoking. Informed hotel staff but was told nothing could be done apart from turning on my toilet exhaust fan. Enforcement of hotel regulations needs to be tightened. Location-wise, about 10-15 minutes walk from metro station. Only stay here if on budget.

最初不好 因為房間大小又嘈 而還有很大煙味 後來換了房就解決 就好了 沒但這區是要常坐車外出有點麻煩

周遭環境和清潔都不錯，但訂的是禁菸房，入門卻有煙味且久久不散...唯一美中不足的地方。

簡約大方，熱水超快熱，不用等，讚! 建議放置插電型夜燈，因室內兩盞燈（浴室沒燈）不管留哪一盞都超亮，全關又太暗XD

乾淨整潔及方便的旅店

房間很乾淨,離便利商店還有百貨公司都很近, 如果是坐公車來的話就在307站牌下 下車就是飯店, 就算要走路去最近的南雅夜市也是15分鐘左右可以走到, 櫃台人員很熱心很有禮貌,只是房間有一點點小,但是該有的都有所以算是方便以這個價位來說很合理。

離板橋或府中捷運都有一段距離。 走路大概13-15分鐘。 房間算小但浴室很大。 旅館是全面禁煙但我們那樓還是有人抽菸可以聞到一股菸味。

乾淨舒適的旅館

這次入住萊佳商務旅館，房間裡面打掃的很乾淨，浴室東西也都整理的很整齊，隔音不是太好，沒有浴缸。其他都很棒，會再次入住

ほぼラブホテル

台北中心部から地下鉄で最寄り駅まで20分くらい。最寄りの板橋駅から徒歩15分くらい、暗い夜道を歩きます。不便で心細くなる場所。設備はラブホテルのイメージ。隣のビルの壁が迫る小さな窓があるだけで部屋は朝も暗い。バスタブはなく最低限のシンプルな部屋。ご丁寧にコンドームが置いてあり、１人追加で宿泊すると500元と表示があった。清潔感はある。スマートフォンの充電器を借りるとフロントの中年女性が200元を要求してきた。断ったが、払うと自分の懐に入れると思われる。アルバイトらしき若い女の子のフロントは対応がていねいでちゃんとしている。当サイトでのホテル名はプラスホテルだが中国語名は莱佳精品旅館とまったく異なる。エクスペディアのバグで、場所はアフリカの海上が表示されたため、プラスホテルで検索したができなかった。タクシーにホテル名を告げるときなどのためにも中国名をメモしておいた方がよい。宿泊料は安いが、おすすめしない。同じ料金帯でもっといいホテルはある。
