Favorite stay

It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available.

Overall stay here was better than expected. One star off from 5 because of the noises from nearby rooms. The rooms has raised wood flooring thus creating loud echoing sound when walking on them. Our first night was pretty noisy till but not so bad for the rest of stay. There are few sets of earplugs in the room if do need them. For the kids it’s a 5 star stay! They loved the playground but that may not be a good thing because it’s hard to get them to leave when they are having fun. This hotel is officially on my regular stay list when I’m in town.

I like the cosy and quiet environment. Although the hotel is not so near to the Train station, but walking to & from to Train Station is quite enjoying and many Food stalls and convenient Stores along the way or U can take a Taxi at the Train Station.

我第一次入住這家酒店，酒店外觀、裝修和服務都相當不錯。房間寬敞，整潔明亮。地點也方便，步行5分鐘就有小吃店，步行15分鐘即可到達夜市。 以下是一些我認為這家酒店的優點和缺點。 優點： - 浴室地面比旁邊地面稍微低一些，這樣洗澡時不會把洗手間其他地方弄濕。這種細心的設計並不是每家酒店都會注意到，一些五星級酒店也可能沒有這樣友善的設計。 缺點（希望不是我要求太高或是職業病發作，但是如果能改善的話，定會為客人帶來更愉快的入住體驗）： - 馬桶旁邊的衛生紙放在左方，但大部分人都是用右手，這樣放在左邊是否方便呢？而且，垃圾桶放在衛生紙的正下方，未用的衛生紙經常掉進垃圾桶中。我已經把它放在其他地方，但是盡責的房間清潔員會把它放回衛生紙正下方。 - 在陌生的環境中，很多遊客在睡覺時喜歡開個小燈以獲得安全感。但我在房間找不到這樣的設置。建議可以在床邊桌子下方安裝一個小燈，燈光不要太亮，剛好提供適合睡覺的亮度。 - 廁所的洗臉盆設計有些不方便，使用時容易水花四濺。建議可以考慮使用稍高一點的洗臉盆，以解決這個問題。 - 燒水壺放在書桌上，但是卻沒有供電的地方。每次需要煮水時都要把燒水壺移到床邊有供電的地方。書桌附近應該有供應電源的地方是很正常吧，因為遊客有時也可能會在書桌上使用手提電腦，但是卻沒有電源供應。 - 牆上的電源插座都是台灣制式的，一般較新式的酒店通常會提供多種地區制式的電源插座，以方便不同地區的遊客使用。 雖然這酒店不是每事也很貼心， 但也是一個不錯的入住體驗。

非常方便逛陶瓷老街

因為有行李忘了必須開車離場，趕回住宿就沒位置可停(晚上10點離開，1小時多趕回來就沒位置)，非常遺憾，只好停外面付費停車場。

非常失望又睡眠不足的經驗

我們安排302，整晚除了空調運作很大聲外，房中電燈也冇聲音，連房外也有鳴叫聲整晩一直響，次日早上7點不知什麼警報聲大響好幾次，一直在搬東西的聲音。車子也只能停自費的停車場。下次不會再來住這家了。

除了十點以後沒有服務人員，所以無法停車，比較不方便之外，其他都還不錯。 遇到有問題也馬上幫忙處理！服務真的很讚～ 親子住宿還有附上嬰兒床和消毒鍋，方便了許多！
