This was a very well-situated property, less than a block away from the ximen station entrance. Breakfast was good although a rotation of items would have been nice (I stayed 6 days, and it was the same all 6 days). The carpet was in significant need of cleaning: there were stains on the carpet by the table, and there was strange staining on the desk chair. It was enough for me to avoid that area of my room. The rest of the room was fine though. Overall, I would recommend.
