Staff helpful for checking in and getting us situated. Shower door would not close completely. Toilet with nice bidet. AC in room worked great, nice and cold. Lobby is warm (I suspect to save energy costs). Free coffee, tea, and water station in lobby. They have a check in/out machine for after hours arrival/departure. Wifi was spotty. There was a sign in the room stating free beer for hotel guests at the bar around the corner, but we missed the allotted time.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The value for the price is exceptional, especially considering the wonderful selection offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nangang. Thank you!

Good location next to Jiantan station and easy walk to Shilin night market. We use this neighborhood as a jump-off point for hikes in or north of Taipei. Rooms could use more than one small drawer for clothes

"The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. ..."
