The staff was amazing and if you are English speaking like myself, the staff speaks English. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the area had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again.

Room is comfortable. I booked this hotel because of the Sauna, however I found out that sauna is closed in the summer.. This hotel is a ok choice for its price range, but I would want to try a different hotel next time I stay in this area.

The Hotel is very nice, beautiful and clean. breakfast buffet was very good with Asian and western choices. Located close to MRT station and bus stops making it easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this is my new go to place in Taipei. Also I would like to add its surprisingly quiet and peaceful even though the street and MRT tracks are close by.

The hotel is located on the edge of Taipei City but is surrounded by convenience stores and a 24-hour local restaurant. If you like fine dining, there are a few options within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The subway station is also pretty close to the hotel and you can easily catch a taxi at the front door.

Good Location

Often stay at this hotel when working in Taipei. Its convinently located nearby the Miramar where there are plenty of shops, restuarnats and the MRT line. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and well equiped. Only issue are no plug sockets near the bed. Breakfast is a buffet unless numbers are low, then you have 2 options.

Always stay here when visiting Tsipei for quick. Nice hotel, convenent location for eating, drinking and close to MRT station. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Only negative. No power socket or USB port by either side of the bed. So, charging phone at night means leaving it on the desk.

If the establishment could invest more to fix the ugly leak stains on the bathroom ceiling, replace the old worn out bleach-scented towels, not provide guests with torn duvets, and offer a better selection for breakfast, you could certify this as a 4-star hotel.

We had a great room with large tub and steam shower. Spa with hot and cold seating areas and hot sauna and steam with shower in side to cool as needed. Steam room smelled so nice. All staff , front desk, bar and spa area were very kind and helpful.
