It was not very clean when we arrived and there was nothing to clean up with on a daily basis during our stay (it was a week). We did get clean towels 3 times. One day we were without hot water. After a search I found a phone number to call and they came to fix the problem. It was a convenient area for the appointments I had and to get to the airport.

Great place and very nice inside. Parking was a little tight in the garage with minivans.
