Great location.

New facility with very nice common space. Contactless check in and out. Ask for a room that is not on the ground floor, because we found it quite noisy with some equipment running on and off right next to the window. Very convenient central location.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a convenient location, and the room was clean and in good condition. The only shortcomings were the lighting, which could be brighter, and the soundproofing, which could be improved.

Fantastic stay. Just be wary for those who might struggle with heavier bags as there is no elevator in the property. Major car park across the road worked well for overnight / day parks at a good rate.

Great location, big room with a cozy feeling. Very quiet and a few minute walk from the most popular shopping arcade. No elevator so if you get third floor it’s a bit of a walk up but the place is great.

We had an excellent 2 nights stay at Alphabed Inn Takamatsu. The whole place is very clean and the room is spacious and very comfortable. The surroundings is very near to train station and supermarket. The common area however is very cold so the tempreature can be adjusted slightly higher.

Location was convenient. Room shower smelled musty, and the beds were super hard. I liked the windowsill table surface areas though, convenient for makeup. The room sofas had stains. Bedsheets etc were only made up for one of the five beds in the room.

Hope they could send password in advance.

The funny thing is I received email telling me how to check out prior to my arrival. Don't you think telling me how to enter the entrance and how to check in before my arrival might be equally important? Bad experience for check-in process, we were locked out for 10 minutes and thank god we met someone staying there and she told us the password of the main entrance. Otherwise you got to call local number for getting password to enter, but how on earth would foreign travellers want to make overseas phone call for this kind of thing? Why couldn't you simply send password in advance by either message or email or whatever?? Other than the weird check-in proces, everything in the hotel is pretty good.

The hotel was very clean and the room size was adequate. The bathroom was tiny but good enough. The bed and pillows were very hard. The room had no chair. There are NO staff at the hotel. The hotel’s front door just opened to anyone and I was followed in by a creep. I had to shout at him to go away. That wasn’t good.

체크인이 어렵다는 평이 있어 좀 떨렸는데 그정도는 아닙니다. 우선 전날 이메일이 오는데 이메일 url 들어가서 차분하게 하면 쉽습니다. 우선 투숙객 모두 인적사항 쓰고 여권사진 넣으면 됩니다. 그럼 우선 인터넷으로는 끝이고 현장 가시면 이메일에 숫자4개 예를 들어 1234# 누르고 들어가셔서 왼쪽오른쪽 키패드 두개가 있는데 왼쪽 키패드에 체크인코드 번호 넣으면 그 채드에 키박스 비번이 나옵니다. 키박스 비번 잘 기억하셔서 오른쪽 키박스에 넣으셔서 엔터 누르시면 키박스가 열려요 키 누르면서 빼셔야 잘 빠집니다. 그럼 방으로 가시면 됩니다. 정말 청소 깔끔해서 맘에 들어요 1층 공용 응접실에서 고기도 구워먹을 수 있어소 조쿠 체크아웃 후 1층에 캐리어 키핑 가능합니가. 자전거 줄 같은게 있어서 거기 세워놓고 가셔도 됩니다.
