Friendly and helpful staff. Clean quiet room and convenient for shopping and dining options. Note this Area one is not close to the Takamatsu station, it's a 10 min walk and it has no lift to the 2nd floor reception so be prepared to lift your bags up and down stairs from the 1st floor access to reception.

The front desk is very helpful, the girl helped me to arrange my next hotel pickup service even at mid night. Her passion at work and to the customer and really make my stay in Areaone unforgettable.

料金の安さ、場所の便利さから選んだこちら、正直全然期待もしてなかった。ところが、部屋は広く、きれいで、ベッドも固めのマットで熟睡、ウエルカムドリンクもうれしい。お土産調達に三越も隣だし、商店街を歩けば買い物もグルメも何でもそろう理想的なロケーション。翌朝早朝発（5時開店のうどん屋さんによって、レンタカー返して7：10発の飛行機に乗る）提携駐車場は24時間出庫可能。いう事なし。 唯一の難点はフロントが2階であること、しかも前の階段がかなり急。荷物もって上がる（下がるのはもっと）のは少し怖い。足元に不安がある方、大量の荷物をもって停まる方にはお勧めできないかも。。。

チェックイン時点で部屋の机の下に明らかに使った後のティッシュが落ちていたり、清掃して頂いてもそのティッシュは残ったままでした。 なので、適当な清掃しか行ってないのかなと思いました。 鍵が毎回フロントに預けないといけない。カードキーじゃないので、個人的には不便でした。
